Qingdao Flourish Metal Works Limited. has been trading and manufacturing cast and forged metal products since 1981. Supplying more than 70 large-scale customers in over 20 countries and regions, our annual export volume now stands at 40,000 metric tons.
With our supplier factories able to process various metals, main materials include:
1) Iron: gray iron, alloy gray iron, ductile iron, vermicular nodular iron, malleable iron, special (heat-, corrosion-, wear-resistant) iron
2) Steel: barbon steel, alloy carbon steel, stainless steel, special cast steel
3) Non-ferrous metals: aluminum, copper, zinc, magnesium, titanium alloy, bearing alloys, etc.
Using sand molding, investment (lost wax) molding, metal molding, pressure molding, centrifugal molding, and special molding processes, our mold cores can be clay sand, water glass sand, oil sand, resin sand, or other such materials. Equipped with advanced foundry, machining and inspection facilities, all products are manufactured according to internationally recognized ISO9002 standards.
